Our daughter, Layne (UNC swimmer) told us about your adventures. We were surprised when we realized that you were at Maison de Troisgros. Brenda and I had the best and most extravagant lunch there back in the early 1980s – we even met one of the Troisgros brothers and received a personal tour of the kitchen. Have a great time and all the best!

The pool made me feel like a million bucks!

Wow that’s awesome that you went there for lunch. I would have loved to see what the difference in the food is back then compared to now. Plus, I’d love to have met the Troisgros brothers. Thanks for following my blog. Working in the kitchen is hard work but I’m really loving it!
